WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

After purchase, you will receive a link to download the files to the email address you supplied at checkout. If you do not receive this email confirmation with the link to download the files, please email us  help@triviafoxgames.com

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM GAME REQUESTS?

Yes! If you have a trivia game you want created for an upcoming event, or if you need to make personalizations and customizations to one of our current games, we can definitely help you with that. The fee will depend on the level of customization needed. To start the process, click here. 

WILL YOUR GAMES OPEN ON GOOGLE SLIDES/KEYNOTE?

All of our games are built on Powerpoint, so Powerpoint is required to play. Some of our games will open on Google Slides or Keynote, but many of the sounds and animations will not/do not transfer over. It is recommended to use Powerpoint.
